BUSINESS CONDUCT & ETHICS

Code of Business Ethics and Conduct

SEES, with its firm foundation in Pakistan, has demonstrated over several years its dedication to ethical and sustainable business practices. This commitment to integrity is paramount and will be upheld unwaveringly by SEES. Our business operations shall consistently align with the principles of honesty and fairness, adhering to the highest ethical standards and conforming strictly to all legal statutes and regulations.

This Code of Business Ethics and Conduct (the "Code"), endorsed fully by the SEES Board, outlines SEES' modus operandi and prescribes the expected conduct of our representatives within the work environment.

The Code serves as a steadfast guide for all individuals affiliated with SEES, articulating our resolute pledge to conduct ourselves honestly and fairly. Its scope encompasses all SEES personnel, including employees, Board members, consultants, contractors, and suppliers (referred to as "SEES people").

Within the initial two months of joining SEES or its subsidiaries, and subsequently on an annual basis, all employees and Board members are required to formally commit to the principles espoused in the Code. This commitment involves an understanding and acknowledgment of the obligations laid out in the Code.

Health and Safety First

The safety and well-being of our workforce are of paramount importance. Upholding the principle of "Never walk past" any safety risk is our guiding philosophy.

Acting Responsibly:

In all business interactions and relationships, SEES people must embody integrity, fairness, and trustworthiness. The litmus test for any action is whether it is just, honest, and respectful.

Legal Compliance:

3.Every action taken must be lawful. If there is any uncertainty, individuals are urged to refrain from proceeding until clarity is obtained.

Transparency:

Actions and decisions must be undertaken with the understanding that they might be publicly disclosed. Transparency is paramount to SEES' operations.
